Returns Policy

The customer can return the item(s) as long as we receive it with in 90 days from the purchase date, it must be in good-clean condition, you must have a receipt, and the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs. Customer is at liberty to use any means to ship back to us. All returns must be delivered to us before the 90 days, if it exceeds your time limit, your return will be refused. The warehouse will inspect the returned item and you will receive a paypal refund for the entire item amount. Please contact us for the return shipping address. 

Shipping

All shipments are curbside delivery only. We do not offer white glove service. Due to the oversize package, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses. We only ship to the 48 US connecting states. Due to the oversize and overweight package, please anticipate 3-10 business days for transit time. We do require a signature for the package so someone will have to be home to sign for the package.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada for an additional charge.  Canada customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes.   Email us info@memoryfoamdr.com for shipping quotes.

Shipping Times

We ship with FedEx or UPS Ground. Transit time is 1-5 business days. Southern California = 1 business days, Northern California = 2 business days, West coast states – 3 business days, Mid – East Coast States = 4-5 business days. If you are in a rural area, there may be a 1 day delay.
