What is Memory foam?

Memory foam was developed for NASA to provide relief for astronauts undergoing G-forces. Does the mattress have an odor?

Yes. Our mattresses have a slight odor. It is non toxic and will dissipate over time. You can remove the cover and wash it. This allows the memory foam to breathe and it elleviates the odor from the cover.

Is this mattress brand new?


Yes. All our products are brand new.

What is the difference between air flow and non air flow?

The air flow allows the memory foam to breathe. It also creates a less firm feel to the mattress. It does slightly reduce the temperature from the memory foam. The non air flow mattress is firm and if you do not have any specific preferences, you can count on this mattress to perform beautifully.

Does the mattress come with a cover?

Yes. All our products (Mattress & Pillows) come with a removable – washable zipper cover. The cover is 100% cotton that has a velour feel to it.

Do you sell the foundation or bed?

No. We only sell the mattress.

What kind of foundation does this mattress need?

As long as the mattress lays on a solid flat surface. If you have an existing box spring or a bed with slats, you can simply put a board or plywood over so that it is completely solid and flat.

How do you ship your products and how long is the transit time?

We ship with FedEx or UPS Ground. Transit time is 1-5 business days. Southern California = 1 business days, Northern California = 2 business days, West coast states – 3 business days, Mid – East Coast States = 4-5 business days. If you are in a rural area, there may be a 1 day delay.
