Warranty Terms & Conditions
COVERED PRODUCTS:
Mattresses sold by Memory Foam Dr will be covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty.
MATTRESS WARRANTY, UNDER NORMAL WEAR:
• Memory Foam Dr memory foam mattress is guaranteed to retain at least 90% of its original loft for a period of up to 10 years, covering the average life of a mattress.
•Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and an original receipt must be presented upon filing a claim.
LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
•Zipper Cover (including stains, soiling, tears, rips or burns)
•Piece with law tag removed
•Any piece in an unsanitary state due to soilage, staining and / or odor
•Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation (Not using a solid foundation or flat surface under the mattress)
•Bed Height
•Comfort Performance
•Cost of transportation to the factory for inspection
•Merchandise sold “as is”, “distressed”, or “floor model”
•A Memory Foam Dr Product that is shipped outside our shipping area (48 U.S.A. Connecting States)

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE (IN YEARS) 1-10 YRS 100% EXCHANGE ONLY 11-15 YRS 40% OFF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT PRICE 16-20 YRS 20% OFF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT PRICE
•Limited warranty applies to mattresses only and not pads / pillows.
•The customer is responsible for ALL freight and shipping costs.
